Chef Kortez Wilson has had an amazing career here in Cleveland; he has been the Executive Chef at Mustard Seed Market and Café in Solon,
Team Leader and Executive Chef at Whole Foods in University Heights, and a Culinary Arts Instructor at Beachwood Bistro.

Chef is a Beachwood High School, Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, and Kent State University graduate.
